We want you to love your BamBooBay pieces — but if something’s not quite right, returning your order is simple.
Our print-free returns are handled through Royal Mail Post Offices, so there’s no need to print labels at home. Just scan, drop off, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How Our Returns Work (QR Code Returns)
We offer print-free returns using Royal Mail Post Offices, making returns quick and hassle-free.
Here’s how it works:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Scan the QR code on the packing slip included with your order
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, please upload clear images
- You’ll be shown a map of your nearest Royal Mail Post Offices
- Complete the return and receive a QR code
- Take your item to the Post Office and scan the QR code
→ A label will be printed for you — no printer needed

Return Costs
Standard returns: £4 flat fee
Deducted from your refund once processed
Faulty or incorrect items: FREE returns
Please select the correct option in the portal and upload evidence so we can resolve this quickly
Refund Timeframes
- Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase
- Once your return is received:
Refunds are processed within up to 7 days
Please allow a further up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Returned in the same condition they were sold
- Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags (where applicable)
Items showing signs of wear or use may not be eligible for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong product:
- Select the faulty/incorrect item option in the Returns Portal
- Upload clear images showing the issue
- Items will be inspected on return to confirm the fault
Once inspection is complete, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible for:
- A full refund
- Or an alternative resolution, where appropriate
This helps us resolve issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including any original packaging and tags where applicable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your refund, and a further up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
A £4 return fee applies to standard returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns for faulty or incorrect items are free of charge.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
