Packaging
Here at BamBooBay we have selected to work with DS Smith award winning sustainable packaging company for supplying all our packaging materials. We have reduced our packaging to the minimum which is why your BamBooBay product does not come wrapped in a plastic bag.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the way your product arrives or is packed, please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
